Happy April Fool's Day!!! I got Kristian good this morning. I told him there wasn't any school today and he fell for it! I didn't let him believe it too long though.
Things are going good here. Tollie (Mike's mom) came for a visit last week and we had a great time. We went bowling 3 times, went to soccer practice, Mr. Biggs and just hung out. It was a lot of fun. The boys enjoyed having their Nana here.
Soccer is going great for the boys. Dylan has had one practice and has another one today. It was so funny to watch the little ones. They hear the word kick and they all start kicking their balls even when they aren't supposed to. Dylan did just fine without me "holding his hand". He told the coach his name and even raised his hand when the coach asked if anyone understood what he was saying. I was shocked to say the least. Kristian's practices have been going well too. He has practice twice a week for an hour and a half. Which makes it worth my 45 minute drive to town! He seems to be enjoying it. Their games start this Saturday. Dylan has two games on Saturday and Kristian has one. They play eight games total. Kristian will have two games the last Saturday of the season. This way they will be done before Memorial Day weekend.
Sunday, after we dropped Tollie off at the airport, we went and walked around a new place in Denver. It is called the shops of Stapleton. Really neat place. We had lunch and ended up spending about 5 hours there. Needless to say by the time we left Denver, Tollie was already back in Dallas!! But we had a good time. We spent the majority of our time at the Bass Pro shop. The kids enjoyed that alot. But then again, so did Mike!
Well I guess that is it from here. Not a lot of anything else going on, just work and school. Hope everyone had a great spring break!
Pictures are of Tollie and the boys, the boys dyeing Easter eggs, Dylan and his clay, Dylan bowling and Kristian at Perkins.
